We are sorry to announce the closing on Priscilla of Boston as a company and the discontinuation of all brands under the Priscilla of Boston label. For more details, please visit our FAQ section on the company website.

Please do not worry, our doors will remain open through December 31, 2011.

Due to the high volume of calls and email we are receiving, it will take us some time to reply, but we will do so as promptly as possible.

Why were we yelling just then? well, we are taking an additional 75% off our previous markdown styles. But what does that mean? I'll tell you...

The gown on the top left, will be marked down to $250 from $2975! Wallis on the right will only be $584, down from $4675!

There are tons more deals to be had!!!

The Melissa Sweet gown, Pippa and Pippa veil (both above) AND Pippa jacket (not photographed) are marked down as well.

Once a $4975 gown, will now be $622!

The veil is now $150, down from $1200,

and the jacket will be $110, down from $875.

If you were to order the whole ensemble, it would have been $7050, now get it for $882!

Just remember, alterations, cleaning and repairs are NOT included but Pippa and her veil and jacket are near new!

Most samples are size 8 or 10 and can be altered down 2 sizes and up a 1/2 size.

Sorry we have been M.I.A. for so long! We have had so much fun stuff happen it is hard to remember where to begin.

Maybe we start by inviting you to all check out our FB page - we will be updating it on a daily basis and it is the best place to get up to the minute info.

We just added some beautiful PoB bride photos thanks to some fabulous photographers and bloggers!

In other news, we are just finishing up our Special Event - last day is this Friday July 1st! The more you spend the more you save...spend $4000 or more and save a straight $1000!! Great time to buy bridesmaids, accessories and anything else you need for your big day!

PoB in Denver is closing at 2pm this Friday and will be closed all weekend for the Cherry Creek Arts Festival, we won't be at work, but come on down and check out the art, you may see us around ;)

We will resume regular business hours Tuesday July 5th.

Last but certainly not least...We are getting ready for our Vera Wang Trunk Show! It is the first one we have ever had and boy are we excited - stay tuned for details! It is happening July 14th - July 17th - woohoo!

Made by some very talented and creative ladies at Haute Bride, our Priscilla of Boston in Denver just received these gorgeous pieces:

Like many of our other amazing Haute Bride accessories, these are hand made in San Francisco, CA out of swarovski crystal.

Not only are we excited to see what Kate will be wearing on her head (tiara, crown, veil, who knows!) but we are excited to see her shoes and most of all, her dress! For the shoes, it has been rumored (according to Real Business) that Aruna Seth could be providing them (sold at our very own Beverly Hills Priscilla of Boston).

As for the gown, no facts yet but we all have our guesses. One thing is for certain, we can't wait to see what she chooses! We have our own ideas about what Kate Middleton will wear for her Royal Wedding...check out our FB page for our ideas!

What advice would you give to summer brides about their dresses?

The most important consideration is comfort. I recommend choosing a gown that will allow the bride-to-be to move easily—nothing overly constructed and heavy. It helps to have a smaller train, as this also alleviates excess weight, or even consider a short or tea-length dress style. Look for breezy and movable fabrics such as organza, English net, taffeta and satin-faced chiffon, which are so in-trend right now. Another unique fabric that I've designed with is linen, which is absolutely perfect for a summer bride.

After designing for Priscilla of Boston for three seasons, what direction are you hoping to take the collection in now?

The Priscilla label is steeped in tradition, and so it's very important to me to continue the legacy through my design approach. I'm conscious that brides today are more in tune with fashion than ever before, so not only do they want their gown to be made with the finest fabrics and detailing, but they also want to show off their individual style and fashion sense. As I move forward with the collection, my intention is to capture the essence behind the label, the tradition and classic styling, while at the same time elevating the design aesthetic to reflect what is happening today in fashion...Click here to read the rest of this article

From soft lace A-lines with pastel grosgrain ribbon belts to satin full-skirted gowns with flowing trains and beaded bodices,

A BIG thanks to Brian Kinkaid for helping us promote this special project on Cherry Creek Today. Dressed to the Nines gives girls the opportunity to own a beautiful prom dress - who may not have had the chance otherwise.

If we can raise $1500 we can donate over 60 dresses and 80 shoes to this special cause! Donations can be made in any amount but we are asking for at least $11.50 to purchase one gown or one pair of shoes but welcome $25, $50, $100, and so on.
